07:30 Door-to-door pickup from designated hotels in Zhangjiajie urban area (advanced to 07:00 in peak season to avoid crowds)
08:00 Arrive at Tianmen Mountain Cableway Lower Station, pick up tickets and take the world's longest alpine passenger cableway (7,455 meters long, about 30 minutes' ride), overlooking the 99-bend Tongtian Avenue winding like a giant dragon in the mountains from the air 
08:40 Arrive at the top of the mountain, start the essence tour of the West Line: Walk on the 60-meter-long glass plank road (shoe covers required, fee included), walk along the cliff, and feel the shock of the deep canyon below your feet; Visit attractions such as Guigu Plank Road, Suspension Bridge, and Wish-Making Forest, and explore the legend of Yefu hiding treasures 
12:00 Have lunch at Yingtaowan Restaurant on the top of the mountain (self-funded, recommended Tujia braised pork rice and other characteristic simple meals) 
13:00 Visit attractions on the East Line: Climb Yuhu Peak 360° Observation Deck to overlook the panoramic view of Zhangjiajie urban area; Visit Tianmen Mountain Temple, which enshrines Buddha relics, and you can get 3 free incense sticks for prayer
14:30 Take the 12-section through-mountain escalator down to Tianmen Cave Platform, get up close to Tianmen Cave (131.5 meters high), and you can challenge the 999-step ladder (escalator available for those with limited physical strength, fee self-funded) 
15:30 Watch the Tianmen Cave plane flying through performance (two sessions at 10:00/15:00 every day, subject to the actual arrangement of the scenic area) and take photos as souvenirs 
16:00 Take the scenic area environmental protection vehicle down the mountain, and experience the "drifting" pleasure of the 99-bend Tongtian Avenue 
16:30 Arrive at the mountain gate, take the shuttle bus back to the cableway lower station
17:00 Take the bus back to the urban area, enjoy the urban scenery of Zhangjiajie on the way, and be dropped off at the designated hotel or business district, the journey ends
